Are we sure this is Neil Ave? That is quite the dip in the road. Also the buildings look pretty far back from the street.

This picture was taken on Neil Avenue, looking south. The first building on the right is Townsend Hall, then Campbell Hall in the next building down.
To accommodate library enlargements to the rear of main OSU library, Neil Avenue was bent west in an arch behind the library in the 1970s before being turned into a pedestrian plaza
