Greystone Court, 815 N High St

Greystone Court opened ca. 1907 and was familiarly known as Fritter's Folly. Construction began in 1902, but by the time the five story walls were up Fritter ran into financial problems. The building was sold at auction, 5/15/1909 and not completed until 1923.
