The Club Regal

The Club Regal, 772 1/2 E. Long Street, was located in the Empress Theater Building. Columbus jazz stars appeared there as well as jazz players with a national following. The Black community enjoyed the club, but young Whites were brave enough to go there and dig the jazz. The proprietor was attorney David White.
