1897 at the Franklinton Centennial Grounds located north of the ODOT

This is a photo taken in 1897 at the Franklinton Centennial Grounds located north of the ODOT Building on West Broad Street. The rock is still there but almost hidden in the weeds and trees and not in this condition.
