Short North

Community Picnic

King Avenue United Methodist Church is hosting a free community picnic on Friday, May 21 for residents of Victorian Village, Dennison Place, and the Circles. The gathering will be held in King Avenue’s Neil Avenue parking lot from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. All food, beverages, and seating will be provided by the church, so there is no need to bring anything. The picnic is a means to celebrate the community and to illustrate King Avenue’s appreciation for the support they have received for decades from their neighbors and friends.
