About WOSU
WOSU Public Media has been serving the central Ohio community since 1922. If you didn't already know, we produce and broadcast news and classical music on the radio (820 AM and 89.7 FM), we operate a television station (WOSU TV), and we are an affiliate of both PBS and NPR. Educational programs, podcasts, arts coverage, community service, bluegrass, local productions, Columbus on the Record, In the Know, All Sides with Ann Fisher, wosu.org, ohiowarstories.org, election coverage, OSU sports-Yes, we do all of that. In an effort to celebrate our community, WOSU will roll out six documentaries entitled Columbus Neighborhoods. We trace our community roots in the Short North (March 2010), German Village (Autumn 2010), King-Lincoln (2011), Olde Towne East (2011), University District (2011), and Franklinton/Downtown (February 2012).
